  • Deine Aufgaben als Teamleiter*in Unternehmerkunden sind: Du
  • führst ein Team von Mitarbeiter*innen in der Region Berlin-Mitte
  • übernimmst Verantwortung für das kundenorientierte Zusammenspiel in deiner Region sowie das daraus resultierende Ergebnis und Wachstum
  • bist Vorbild im Arbeitsalltag durch situative Mitarbeit in der Beratung, insbesondere durch die Begleitung geschäftlicher und privater Investitionen
  • kümmert dich um die praxisbezogene individuelle Weiterentwicklung, Förderung von Potential und motivierende Begleitung deines Teams
  • begleitest und unterstützt dein Team durch Vormachen und Mitmachen im Transformationsprozess
  • stellst die bedarfs- und abschlussorientierte Beratung von Premium-Unternehmerkunden im Rahmen des ganzheitlichen Betreuungskonzepts in den folgenden Bedarfsfeldern sicher:
  • Existenzgründungen mit hohem Investitionsbedarf
  • anspruchsvolle gewerbliche/private Finanzierungen
  • in- und ausländischer Zahlungsverkehr inkl. FX, Kontomodelle
  • Absicherung/Vorsorge
  • Einlagen
  • Wertpapier
