Essential:
Extensive experience working in the retail industry, in either buying, merchandising or account management
Strong skills and enthusiasm in presenting and negotiating
A team player with an organised and proactive mindset
An eagerness to learn new technology and software
Passion for the retail industry
Resilience and able to thrive under pressure with accountability for high-profile accounts
Desirable:
Business fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

You will become an expert on our Enterprise Intelligence (EI) data source dictionary and translate complex data requirements into technical specifications
You will work closely with client technical and business teams to define and scope out source data that will feed into our EI product
You will be a key stakeholder in client data validation, quality assessments and technical solution design
You are responsible for triaging client data issues and working closely with the client support teams
You will be required to communicate directly with clients on a regular basis around product requirements, product usage, technical issues and project statuses
You will be responsible for writing technical documentation
