Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify clients’ needs.
  • Design, develop, present and demonstrate CNS software solutions.
  • Respond to RPFs, create technical proposals and documentation.
  • Design solutions for enterprise portals, content management, and collaboration tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competition and contribute to new service offerings.
  • Build strong relationship with prospects and clients’ key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and identify clients pain points and impact on their objectives.
  • Assess clients’ infrastructure issues to identify new business opportunities for CNS Software solutions.
  • Develop and present architecture designs that integrate software solutions into cohesive IT infrastructures.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to both CNS employees and clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure recommended solutions align with clients’ objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Be a Technical Advisor to clients and prospects, providing deep insights into best practices, products’ features, functionality and integration capabilities.
  • Plan, execute and manage Proof of Concepts to validate solutions’ effectiveness at customers environments.
  • Analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, areas for enhancement, and propose solutions.
  • Document system designs, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Guide the development process, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
  • Provide estimates for project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
  • Understand complex systems, recognize patterns, and design scalable, robust architectures.
