Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SMO team’s finances
  • Implement and maintain process and procedures, and ensure financial operations are followed in accordance with best practices and industry standards
  • Drive the compilation and analysis of monthly forecast, actual financial results data activity, and support team to identify and deliver financial flow activities
  • Support the monthly GTIO reconciliation process for the SMO group
  • Identify discrepancies during the reconciliation process and coordinate with collaborators to resolve issues, as needed
  • Consolidate data and analysis into GTIO rolling forecasts for review, approval, and acceptance by McDonald’s process owners
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure detailed service delivery and communication
  • Lead the team to ensure effective delivery of financial updates
