Responsibilities

  • As a TPM your role is to “make sure the job gets done”, you will own all the activities throughout a data program lifecycle to drive this. From gathering requirements to ensuring successful roll out.
  • You drive and facilitate Data programs and communicate proactively with all stakeholders and teams to share insights, improve collaboration, ensure knowledge sharing, and manage change
  • You develop and track progress on OKRs, follow up with teams and stakeholders, and make sure that they are converging toward the road map and company goals
  • You own the Data Department Jira service desk. From the Jira initiative set ups to the notifications from Jira tickets
  • You are a Scrum Master on multiple Data virtual teams, you help the team to prioritize tasks and dependencies as well as manage the sprint progress
  • You ensure that Personios know how to access & navigate data by running Data Enablement programs
  • Your first programs will be focused with Product Analytics on how data can create actionable recommendations for the business and how Personio can use AI in our day-to-day operations
