  • As a Technology Modernization Associate you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations while working alongside Senior Executives and peers as a member of the engagement team. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to learn new skillsets, be involved in office community activities, and build lasting relationships with members of the Grant Thornton team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, HCM or related field required (minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and skillset (variety of capabilities and / or tools)
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment 
  • Able to understand current processes and future state processes based on business objectives
  • Ability to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, and how technology may be applied for efficiencies
  • Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice
  • The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed
  • The base salary for this position in the firm’s New York, NY office is $91,800 per year.
