What are the primary responsibilities of the Temporary Administrative Assistant?
The primary responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with office maintenance, managing common spaces, planning events, inventory management, and providing support to the Office Coordinator and other administrative associates.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience, 1+ year of customer service experience (administrative experience preferred), experience in a professional services work environment, basic knowledge of Excel and Word, and intermediate proficiency in Outlook are required.

Yes, the position requires the ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet workflow demands.
What is the pay range for this role?
The pay range for this role is $19.00 to $26.00 per hour.
