Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory strategy consistent with the overall business direction to grow sales with year over year growth in Gypsum, Finishing, Insulation, Ceiling interior products group.
  • Identify customer solutions that span across multiple product categories and cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with our customers to help them grow their business.
  • Establish and effectively manage a high sales call cycle for a diverse customer and create “pull-through” demand.
  • Conducts and participates in sales promotions and educational meetings with contractors, builders, and distributors.
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to create competitive solutions.
  • Provides product knowledge to customer inquiries and develop account growth.
  • Monitors market pricing, establish strategies around region market.
  • Communicate promptly and regularly with the regional team on trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Promptly investigates customer complaints and makes recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor the quality of our products to ensure customers are satisfied and issues are resolved internally.
  • Participates in training programs to continually improve professional selling and develop a thorough working knowledge of products and programs.
  • Process all administrative tasks accurately and on time (Salesforce (CRM), expense accounts, new customer setups etc.).
