  • Erstellung von Test-Aufwandsschätzungen, Präsentation und Rechtfertigung von Aufwandsschätzungen gegenüber internen Projektleitern und auch gegenüber dem Kunden.
  • Planung aller Testphasen über alle Testteilprojekte und Teststufen (Randbedingungen, Meilensteine, Ressourcen) und Abstimmung der Projektpläne mit internen Projektleitern und Kunden.
  • Koordination und Anleitung von einem oder mehreren Testteams innerhalb eines Projektes.
