Requirements

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium mit technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung und bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Dein breites IT-Wissen konntest Du in der Praxis bereits unter Beweis stellen und führtest Testteams von 5 Personen und mehr.
  • Dabei arbeitetst Du im QS- oder QM-Bereich und konntest Deine Kenntnisse über Testmethoden in der Praxis erfolgreich einsetzen.
  • Weiterhin verfügst Du über nachweisbare Kenntnisse in Testtechniken und -strategien, eine methodische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Neben guten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, überzeugst Du durch Teamfähigkeit und eine uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft.

Responsibilities

  • Erstellung von Projekt-übergreifenden Teststrategien und Testkonzepten in agilen wie auch in prozessorientierten Umfeldern.
  • Erstellung von Testplänen.
  • Analyse von technischen Anforderungen auf Machbarkeit des Testprojektes.
  • Erstellung von Test-Aufwandsschätzungen, Präsentation und Rechtfertigung von Aufwandsschätzungen gegenüber internen Projektleitern und auch gegenüber dem Kunden.
  • Planung aller Testphasen über alle Testteilprojekte und Teststufen (Randbedingungen, Meilensteine, Ressourcen) und Abstimmung der Projektpläne mit internen Projektleitern und Kunden.
  • Koordination und Anleitung von einem oder mehreren Testteams innerhalb eines Projektes.
