Responsibilities

  • Provide Quarterly Testing Roadmaps that help drive business results and help guide future consumer experiences
  • Design and build tests that help create better UX and help improve site KPI’s
  • Provide strong direction to development teams to ensure all testing tools are properly integrated and used to their full potential
  • Be the brands point of contact with key eComm team leads on personalization best practices and testing ideation
  • Manage all vendor relationships of all personalization partners
  • Partner with data analysts and consumer data teams to establish consumer segmentation strategies that best fit the brands needs
  • Provide support for testing programs for content and channel optimizations in partnership with marketing, content and merchandising teams
  • Direct Management of testing coordinator
  • Act as a liaison from the brand to the larger VF enterprise and sister brands, working in similar spaces
  • Be a true expert in your field, with the technical knowledge necessary to ensure success
