What is the primary role of the Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert?
The primary role of the Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert is to support managers and People and Culture Partners in implementing compensation policies and processes while working closely with local and global HRIS teams to configure, test, and improve compensation processes.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent experience is required, along with 7-10 years of relevant compensation administration experience. Experience in an HR Shared Services environment and familiarity with corporate relocation programs are preferred.
