Responsibilities

  • Provide appropriate recommendation to improve /streamline 3rd party vendor processes/SLA’s and contribute to vendor selection.
  • Supports Total Rewards Manager on the annual compensation processes including Annual Salary Review and Incentive Plan Administration.
  • Coordinates and supports implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Respond to all process escalations by proposing alternate solution(s).
  • Create/update/finalize work instructions with new and improved process improvements and enhancements.
  • Educate customers regarding processes and proactively seeks agreements to maintain/improve SLA’s.
  • Coordinate the resolution to escalated cases.
  • Prepares/distributes communication materials for employees, managers and the HR community.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to, Service & Retirement Awards, Variable Salary and Field Incentive Plan administration/harmonization, annual salary review administration, salary survey participation, FLSA testing, ad-hoc reporting, etc.
  • Support the ongoing administration of the Volvo relocation programs including domestic group move(s) and Foreign Local Hires.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
