Responsibilities

  • The traffic management project manager shall have responsibility for supporting the project and programme management lead in the overall execution of the project's delivery, bringing the necessary project management skills and experience that will integrate with the existing TII project team to ensure that the project directorate plans, tracks and delivers against the project programme and budget.
  • The role holder will provide support in the management of significant work packages/elements of the project to the defined time, cost, quality and outputs’ benefits, including the coordination of the activities of all functions in relation to the delivery of the project within the timeline and costs as set out in the preliminary business case.
  • The traffic management project manager shall provide project management support in regards the following key activities; the mobilisation and onboarding of client partner resources within the project directorate, the establishment of the project directorate PMO and the establishment and development of the information management framework.
  • In addition, the traffic management project manager shall provide project management support in relation to the procurement of the core contracts, assisting with the completion of Tender Design and all related documentation, the development and coordination of relevant inputs into the production of procurement documents.
