  • Developing and implementing a phase-appropriate learning system process for HIT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and GMP compliance
  • Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs, monitoring their ongoing impact and making necessary adjustments
  • Collaborating with Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and leaders to leverage resources and standard processes across the learning network
  • Translating organizational requirements into the design and development of technical, managerial, and process learning options
  • Establishing regular meeting times with department managers and participating in department and network projects
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the training industry to provide clients with innovative learning leadership
  • Supporting the administration of LMS, including data entry, curriculum/qualification management, and reporting
