  • As Travel Admin Assistant you will be responsible for administering all travel arrangements both for our patients and staff.
  • You will act as the main point of contact for those requiring travel arrangements, which will include coordinating and administering the hospital minibus service for Grampian.
  • The travel arrangements are mainly electronic and your computer knowledge must be sound to ensure you are able to maintain our monitoring systems and databases for recording purposes, data control and policy compliance.
