Requirements

  • - Dedicated to promoting recovery
  • - Ability to inspire people experiencing mental health issues and their families
  • - Access to training and support and supervision from qualified Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers
  • - Experience in triage, assessment, and treatment of people experiencing a mental health crisis
  • - Ability to create a safe, supportive environment
  • - Commitment to a no wrong door approach

Responsibilities

  • - Provide a single referral point for GPs and other professionals across Surrey and north east Hampshire
  • - Offer a 24 hour telephone advice and support for people who use services and carers
  • - Improve responsive crisis services with enhanced experiences for people who use services, carers, and professionals
  • - Work within our hub located at Gatton Place, Redhill providing a single point of access for all emergency, urgent and routine referrals
  • - Work alongside our team of practitioners to expand skills and experience in the triage, assessment, and treatment of people experiencing a mental health crisis
  • - Support the triage and/or rapid response as well as the Home Treatment elements of the service
  • - Create an environment that is safe, supportive, and easily accessible with a no wrong door approach
