Responsibilities

  • Providing operational support on retail allocations, special projects, personal orders, licences, and Bridal.
  • Receiving documents from suppliers and the IT team for inbound stock (special projects, personal orders, licenses, bridal) and creating a preadvice in SAP.
  • Receiving stock, checking for any discrepancies (under or over delivered stock) and reporting it to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Uploading the stock in SAP on the relevant Pos.
  • Allocating special projects, licenses and bridal based on the relevant SOs, create the picking and requesting packing to the Stockroom team.
  • Receiving and allocating personal orders by liaising with accounts team and VW LTD colleagues accordingly.
  • Liaising with the UK Accounts Receivable team to issue all relevant invoices and to organize shipments accordingly based on clients’ instructions (Special Projects, Licenses and Bridal).
  • Monitoring delivery status and liaising with relevant couriers regarding any issues.
  • Cover for the UK Admin Logistic Specialist and UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller when necessary.
