Responsibilities

  • The suitable candidate will be an experienced Commercial Lawyer who can negotiate and execute key customer transactions for our expanding IT infrastructure and services business in the UK & Ireland (noting that UK&I is part of HPE’s UKIMEA Geography which includes countries in the Middle East and South Africa).
  • This role will focus on supporting our UK&I Sales Organisation and all of our Business Unit’s across the UK&I (which includes our Compute, HPC & AI, Networking & Hybrid Cloud Services business units) on their most complex and important customer contracts, providing a high quality and efficient service to the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial legal skills, be a strong communicator, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment which focuses on innovation, execution and customers.
  • The candidate will also be able to cover ad-hoc legal queries and provide succinct advice to the business on contractual disputes as well as be able to deal with a variety of legal issues on corporate transactions, regulatory matters and IT and technology matters.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment and will support colleagues on challenging legal transactions and will share knowledge and invest in the HPE business and our legal team. A focus on innovation, technology and culture are at the heart of the UKIMEA legal team.
