Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately recording submissions and processing new business, renewals and endorsements, in a punctual and accurate manner, meeting agreed SLA/ agreed time frames.
  • Produce policy documentation under the guidance of the Underwriter ensuring that the documentation is complete and accurate, adopting the right first time principle.
  • Premium administration including invoicing and chasing late payment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as the overseas offices, credit control, claims and compliance, and external parties such as brokers and clients upon request.
  • Provide general assistance to underwriters with all administrative duties, and any ad hoc duties as agreed with the Operations Manager.
  • To work in conjunction with all respective areas to ensure efficient working practices are in place, e.g. identifying process improvements, providing feedback to reduce rework or errors and escalate any blockages to the Operations Manager where necessary
  • Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
