Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the project partners to manage the production of Model Based Submittals
  • Collect comprehensive building models, examine for conflicts, document, assign and help determine how to manage change and development
  • Create & manage project documentation
  • Communicate with trade contractors on coordination progress and host working sessions
  • Interact with coordination model and diagram design changes
  • Create and process Revit models
  • Participate in business unit office activities including orientation program, training sessions and peer group meetings
  • Integrate reality capture tools and methods to stay informed of field activities
  • Inform budget recommendations, estimate time requirements, and determine the resources necessary for meeting all VDC project goals
  • Support 2-3 VDC deliverables at a time and completes assigned projects with little supervision
