Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle technology
  • Reviewing high value vehicle lots ensuring we get them running, advertise them accurately and effectively
  • To proactively identify opportunities to improve our equipment as a result of reviewing our processes and performance
  • Liaise with managers to ensure all departments needs are met and training is regularly reviewed and updated in line with processes changes
  • To support in the creation and development of relevant training documents, videos etc.
  • Work alongside the Performance and Quality Team to proactively identify training opportunities and to track benefits of training delivered
  • Work with the relevant colleagues to understand our future requirements to build best practice of processes and new systems to streamline where possible
  • Flexibility to travel to different sites across the UK (Wolverhampton to Scotland)
