Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with TP ICAP Group Procurement and ensure Group Procurement policies are complied with.
  • Manage, maintain, negotiate and monitor key commercial, contractual and performance stipulations in the MDSA, LTSA agreement between Parameta Solutions and TP ICAP Group Functions.
  • Support TP ICAP Group Procurement in the execution of sourcing of new contracts, renewals and/or renegotiations with in-scope suppliers.
  • Benchmarking new and existing services to ensure that commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with Parameta business stakeholders to capture strategic business requirements and improve overall business solutions.
  • Provide sourcing pipeline for future procurement activity of Parameta Solutions service needs.
  • Participate in consultation with TP ICAP Group Procurement with contract negotiations.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Third Party Risk Management requirements for Parameta Solutions direct suppliers.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements with regards to Vendor Management (i.e. TPRM, DORA, CSRD, etc.).
  • Manage and execute governance of Parameta Solutions supplier relationship including MDSA, LTSAs agreements with TP ICAP Group.
  • Support TP ICAP Group procurement in dispute resolution discussions with suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Legal and other Corporate Support Functions to effectively manage the Parameta Solutions vendor relationships.
  • Support TP ICAP Group Procurement in evaluation and execution of strategic procurement program and transfer core principles to the overall direction of procurement strategy for Parameta Solutions.
  • Participate in Group Wide procurement transformation, innovation, continuous improvement programs impacting Parameta Solutions.
