Responsibilities

  • This individual will work closely with and advise each of the PJT Partners business groups and work directly with clients of the Company in providing transactional support.
  • Outside of transactional work, the role also involves providing legal coverage and advice for the Company’s Corporate functions and Company-wide initiatives and directly advising the senior management of PJT Partners and other senior stakeholders on various legal matters.
