Responsibilities

  • Leading Business Partnering activities across the organization by actively partnering with operations and enabling functions
  • Coordinate with Business Area leads to consolidate operational financial results for a global overview
  • Drive the central analysis of business performance across the Group
  • Provide KPI reporting to Global FP&A
  • Directly oversee the business partnering with IT, HR, R&D, and Supply Chain functions
  • Lead project-level controlling on our Key Alliances
  • Assist with the implementation of our global FP&A tool
  • Support Global FP&A in the budgeting and strategic planning processes
  • Work with Group Accounting during the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly closing process, including ownership of the Management Report / MD&A sections for external Financial Reporting
