Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the development and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's products and services. They will also need to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Stay on top of CGT trends in evolving CGT ecosystem as it effects key stakeholders (Biopharma, Payors, Providers)
  • They will lead the brand marketing function and own the vendor relationship to create a strong brand identity, establish market presence, and differentiate companies operating in this rapidly evolving sector. Manage Agency Activity budget and Performance metrics.
  • This role will also partner with the VP of Customer Success to help drive the adoption of innovative therapies, build trust among stakeholders, and ultimately contribute to the commercial success of CGAT companies.
  • Create, develop and research feedback, insights, and needs from customers and stakeholders and effectively communicating these across the organization.
