Responsibilities

  • Team Leader:· Design, build and lead a world-class Product Marketing organization that PMMs crave to be a part of to develop their skills and grow their careers
  • Product Launches: Plan the market launch of new products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, to ensure new product releases are successful delivered to the market quickly and efficiently
  • Market Requirements: Develop and implement new marketing strategies that result in market share gain, and provide direction and collateral for sales, marketing, and support teams worldwide. Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to define and iterate on our GTM motions, sales engagement process, and pricing and packaging strategy
  • Product Positioning: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
  • Lead Generation: Produce product marketing collateral and work with other team members to ensure the best quality materials and information is presented to our customers and prospects.
  • Sales Enablement: Communicate the product’s value proposition to the sales team, and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.Collaborate extensively with Sales Enablement on the creation and evolution of our sales content for every segment and function, from initial meeting to final close deck
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Evaluate industry trends, competitors, and standards, and how they apply to Klaviyo’s overall product strategy
  • Product Evangelist: Act as key public spokesperson, keeping the press and analysts informed of Klaviyo’s product strategy and progress. Partner with Analyst Relations to evangelize our point of view on the market to the analyst community and to ensure we receive the highest possible ratings.
