Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the structuring of Commercial real estate structured finance transactions, as well as the follow-up of on-going deals. Your main tasks will include:
  • Analysing, understanding and identifying all key aspects of each new transaction.
  • Driving autonomously the definition, negotiation and setting-up of appropriate financing solutions, incl. hedging and legal, tax and insurance aspects in coordination with cross-selling teams, external advisors and internal support functions.
  • Conducting financial analysis (incl. cash flow modelling) and structuring the most adapted financing solutions (scope, size, terms, amortization schemes, financial covenants) with the support of junior team members.
  • Supervising and coordination of junior resources work.
  • Preparing and presenting credit requests while ensuring that internal requirements and guidelines are met.
  • Negotiating term sheets and loan documentation and independently leading the closing of transactions.
  • Participating to the syndication/distribution of the transactions in close collaboration with the syndication desk.
  • Participating to the marketing and origination efforts of structured debt business opportunities.
  • Ensuring the on-going risk-monitoring of existing loans.
