  • 2. Juristisches Staatsexamen oder entsprechende Qualifikation in Österreich oder der Schweiz
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Pharma- / Impfstoff- / Tiergesundheits-/Lebensmittelsektor oder in einer großen Anwaltskanzlei mit entsprechendem Mandantenprofil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rechts- und Wirtschafts-Englisch
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Responsibilities

  • Rechtliche Beratung aktueller Fälle des Pharma-, Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrechts sowohl im Bereich Human Health als auch Animal Health innerhalb der DACH Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)
  • Rechtliche Beratung der Fachabteilungen im Vertragsrecht; Erstellen und Überprüfen von Vertragsentwürfen aller Art
  • Bearbeitung arzneimittelrechtlicher Fälle (Zulassung, Arzneimittelsicherheit, Kontakte mit Aufsichts- und Zulassungsbehörden, Haftung)
  • Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen in Bezug auf die Arzneimittelherstellung und rechtliche Beratung der Produktionsstandorte
  • Rechtliche Beratung in Bezug auf Grundlagenforschung
  • Bearbeitung von Projekten im Bereich neuer Technologien (z.B. DIGAs, Medical Tech, Legal Tech)
  • Internationale Transaktionen und Vertriebsstrukturen (M&A, Partnerschaften, Vertriebs- und Lizenzverträge, Produktübertragungen)
  • Rechtliche Beurteilung von Compliance Fragen und zum Datenschutz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Business Units und Franchises
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Rechtsabteilungen der Mutter- und Schwestergesellschaften
  • Kontakte und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien
