Responsibilities

  • Transformation Strategy:
  • In partnership with HR and COE Leaders, develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation strategy and process aligned with the organization's overall business objectives
  • Identify key areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions, significantly enhance HR processes, systems, and practices
  • Transformation Office:
  • Establish and manage a Transformation Office dedicated to overseeing the HR transformation initiatives, including implementing our new HR Operating Model. This includes defining project charters, setting project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation projects
  • Project Management – HR Transformation Initiatives:
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple, dynamic transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Establish governance, manage resources, identify risks and issues, ensuring successful execution
  • Report on progress and results to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Change Management:
  • Manage complex HR change management and communication initiatives to gain buy-in and drive adoption of new HR programs, policies, systems and processes across the organization
  • Assist in leading change management efforts by effectively communicating the vision, goals, and benefits of HR transformation to stakeholders at all levels
  • With support of the Change Management team, develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption and acceptance of new HR initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including functional and business leaders, to understand expectation and campaign key initiatives
  • Build strong relationships and ensure HR transformation initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and priorities
  • Performance Measurement:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of HR transformation initiatives
  • Regularly monitor and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments
