Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do:
  • Create and execute Bloomreach’s brand strategy and foundation; lead the creative direction for visuals and messaging across the organization; work closely with marketing, sales, product, HR, and other departments to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Serve as the brand gatekeeper and ambassador, ensuring excellence and consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Launch compelling global brand campaigns that strengthen Bloomreach's unique positioning and align with brand awareness and business goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers and freelancers, promoting best practices, creative processes, design systems, and ideation.
  • Apply holistic campaign concepts across various mediums (graphics, video, animation) and channels (web, promotions, content, email, events).
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and oversee the brand budget.
