  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SharkNinja Studio’s vision and business goals, maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning, showcasing product features and benefits in a compelling and innovative way.
  • Ensure executive alignment with the strategic and operational vision for the SN studios in partnership with the VP Global Head of Creative production.
  • Strategically push the creative execution and storytelling to ensure that the work breaks through and clearly communicates the Product WOWs.
  • Oversee the strategic creative direction across content, driving innovative storytelling approaches that highlight product functionality and consumer value.
  • Develop a future forward plan that allows for continue growth and efficiency in global production. Ensure that SN Studio is being set-up to future proof for new and innovative storytelling channels.

  • Help manage the budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for content production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to operationalize process between Boston, NYC & EMEA teams to ensure a clear, efficient and outrageously extraordinary output.
  • Develop a seamless process for content development in partnership with the Social, IMC, Creative & Marketing teams.
  • Work closely with product development teams to develop a deep understanding of product functionality, ensuring that content effectively communicates product features and unique selling points.
  • Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights, optimize content performance, and inform future creative direction.
  • Act as a bridge between creative and operational teams, fostering a collaborative environment where strategy, execution, and product knowledge converge seamlessly.
