Responsibilities

  • - Own, maintain and enhance the Financial Difficulties pre arrears strategy to ensure good customer outcomes are being achieved.
  • - Own, maintain and enhance the vulnerable customer strategy within Collections and Recoveries, including reviewing the customer journey ensuring the delivery of the vulnerable strategy aligns with internal performance measures.
  • - Own and develop customer outcomes insight and analysis for the whole of the Collections and Recoveries journey, identifying improvements to support strong outcomes for the customer.
  • - Manage a team of analysts to ensure optimal performance is being achieved, while helping with their own development and career aspirations.
  • - Strong Risk Management, monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring key controls are developed and monitored which mitigate value stream risks from materialising.
