Do we support remote work?
Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working on site at AWE Aldermaston.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary package for the Warhead Design Safety - Team Leader role ranges from £47,690 to £73,000, depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.

AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, which may include flexible working arrangements based on your preferences.

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role, which will be funded by AWE. British Citizenship and residency in the UK for the past 5 years is required for SC clearance.
