Responsibilities

  • Provide routine support services on our customer site. Support services include supporting and service Nalco innovations
  • Installation, both electrical and mechanical of small water treatment installation including Nalco innovations in the areas of process water, cooling towers water and boiler water, monitoring and control systems
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment including chemical dosing pumps and other online monitoring probes
  • Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
