Requirements

  • - Provide Technical Expertise on payload issues impacting all potential uncrewed platforms.
  • - Provide programmatic and technical support for implementing new technical systems through the Army approval process.
  • - Participate in design reviews for all engineering projects which affect air/ground launch hardware and software design, development, integration, and qualification of lethal effects.
  • - Provide Technical Expertise on payload interface standards issues and interface standard development impacting all uncrewed platforms.

  • - Monitor the state of emerging technologies related to requirements based payloads.

  • - Communicate directly with contractors, engineers, logistician, program managers, and business team members in order to provide coordinated direction and tasking.
  • - Provide concise reports to management on status, potential issues/risks, and participate in the development of contingency plans.
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics required, Master’s Degree/PhD in Engineering/Physics desired.
  • - Previous experience in Launched Effects desired.
  • - Experience w/ managing efforts through the Army Fuse Safety Review Board.
  • - Uncrewed Aircraft or Missile experience desired.
  • - Payload Integration experience required. Military Aviation or Missile experience desired.
  • - Candidate must possess strong communication skills; oral and written.
  • - Candidate must possess a proven ability to develop and provide reports to management.
  • - US Citizenship is required.
  • - Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility for the required Government clearance (Top Secret).
