Responsibilities

  • Create optimised promotional web graphics for the Grocery website across the responsive site (desktop, mobile & tablet) & Apps in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • Publish a high volume of accurate graphics to the site in line with supplier funding plan
  • Quality checking & proof reading as required
  • Work collaboratively with wider team to ensure Implementation of at least 99% for supplier funded media
  • Oversee & plan workload capacity for Web Designer(s) (Zone D)
  • Ensure that activity & media is delivered on site – on time, accurately & on brand
  • Plan, create & deliver relevant A/B & multi-variant testing of creative to drive improvement
  • Manage design guidelines & style guide
  • Lead on design best practice & innovation
  • Analyse creative performance through customer click through & conversion of pages & banner media
  • Establish working relationships with UX team & adopt best practice
  • Review & refine ways of working, updating processes where required to drive efficiency
