  • - Own the website and app: be the business owner and gatekeeper of everything that happens on our digital platforms – across the full company
  • - Digital marketing enablement: manage and coordinate all digital marketing efforts, together with responsible teams, which includes Brand and Performance Media (including search, paid social, affiliates and organic social), Loyalty, CX, eCommerce and Market Intelligence
  • - Fuel innovation: responsible for the continued development of our mobile-energy solutions, functioning of the e-commerce platform and other digital services – continuously improve the consumer experience throughout the digital journey
  • - Initiate improvement: continuously improve the website and app based on insights and business needs – uncover online and offline consumer insights that shape both strategies and tactics
