  • Manage and oversee tracking and reporting on Talent & Diversity goals, objectives and ROI.
  • Support tracking, analyzing and reporting of budget across team.
  • End-to-end management of Talent & Diversity events, bringing together stakeholders across the business including business partners.
  • Strengthen community and foster employee engagement across D&I through programming that supports employee career growth, positively impacts employee retention, and aligns with Diversity & Inclusion values.
  • Represent Morgan Stanley to external constituents at Firm sponsored events and conferences.
  • Support planning and management of employee led initiatives that build culture.
