Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively within the ready-to-wear design team and across all departments.
  • Accurately translate garment construction into flat technical drawings and detailed specification sheets.
  • Work closely with the print team to prepare artworks and coordinate with the fabric team to ensure design accuracy.
  • Manage your time and workload efficiently, following the direction of the Design Manager-Womenswear, Denim & Felpa.
  • Maintain clear communication with the senior design team, especially while they are traveling abroad, such as in Milan.
  • Conduct research to support the design process, using resources like magazines, libraries, galleries, and online platforms.
  • Contribute design ideas while considering input from the Merchandising team to maintain a commercial focus.
  • Assist with various tasks, including mood board preparation, sketch revisions, fitting notes, and supporting on photoshoots.
  • Prepare tech packs and artwork for sampling and production.
