Responsibilities

  • Als woonbegeleider krijg jij de ruimte om invulling te geven aan je functie. Onze bewoners hebben vooral behoefte aan goede zorg en kunnen 24 uur per dag een beroep doen op begeleiding, verzorging (ADL) en nabijheid. Dus het bieden van zorg op maat is belangrijk. Onze bewoners worden ouder en hebben dus meer hulp nodig bij bijvoorbeeld het smeren van een boterham, de persoonlijke verzorging en het in bed tillen. Want veel van onze bewoners zitten in een rolstoel. Binnen de ondersteuning en begeleiding ligt de nadruk op het behouden van vaardigheden. En wij vinden het belangrijk dat zij zich geliefd en gekoesterd voelen. En natuurlijk dat jij als medewerker bij ons de ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • We werken volgens de LACCS methode. De letters van LACCS staan voor Lichamelijk welzijn, Alertheid, Contact, Communicatie en Stimulerende tijdsbesteding. Al deze ingrediënten dragen bij aan het welbevinden van onze cliënten. Het is belangrijk dat jij deze LACCS visie uitdraagt in jouw werkzaamheden en daarnaast wilt bouwen om zo de zorg te optimaliseren. Het team waar je komt te werken is een stabiel en hecht team waarin ze werken met oprechtheid, passie en gezelligheid waarbij de bewoner altijd centraal staat!
