Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful maintenance of all aspects of Financial and HR modules within Workday
  • Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support functions, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, FP&A, and T&E
  • Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Human Resources and IT to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain System interfaces and Integrations with downstream systems
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders across teams and levels
  • Diagnose and resolve related inquiries and elevate issues for resolution as appropriate
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring Finance metrics and ad-hoc reports
  • Collaborate with users to provide excellent support and expertise related to system options, limitations, and dependencies
