Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and tracking of systems to ensure local store-level leadership is operating in compliance with all HR standards and guidelines—including the timely completion of required compliance training—as provided by the Business Compliance Office, and under the guidance of our Retail Legal partners.
  • Partner with legal subject matter experts to enable the effective and reliable operationalization of policies, procedures, and documentation required by law, whether around scheduling, rest periods, lactation, and/or any other HR-compliance matter.
  • Provide day-to-day support of the Retail Compliance Training strategy, including communications, reporting, issue resolution/escalation, and budgeting.
  • Effectively partner across Legal, HR, Operations, and other teams to appropriately engage and activate our store and field teams to mitigate risk and strengthen our foundations.
