Candidates must possess a valid Provincial Class "G" driver's license, and may be required to possess a Provincial Class "D" driver's license. Additionally, they must have current pesticide and larvacide spraying licenses.

Yes, candidates should have mechanical ability, chainsaw operator’s certificate, knowledge of plant health care programs, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
