  • Develop and own company-wide events like Hackathon, affinity group fairs, customer demo days
  • Assess the best ways to give back to the community to improve access to and knowledge of 3D printing
  • Collaborate with our Talent Strategy team to understand company cultural challenges at a deep level and where we want to improve
  • Promote a commitment to inclusivity and foster a belief that we work together in an environment where all people can thrive
  • Leverage your global team to own daily logistics across our offices, like onsite lunches, new hire gatherings and broader community events
