Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a diverse Workplace team as well as Workplace interfaces (e.g., Facilities, Construction, Shop and Function Leads)
  • Directly manage the site-specific Workplace Services team, day to day programs and operations, and ensure the facility is maintained to standards with a strong focus on employee experience
  • Strategically manage Workplace Service topics including but not limited to Culinary, Transportation, Creative and Janitorial
  • Drive and define various Workplace projects and events, such as logistics plans, budgets, supplier accountability, tracking procedures, communication plans, key performance indicators
  • Drive change management projects as well as working with executive management
  • Provide leadership and drive collaboration: Create, maintain, and enhance strong relationships across various levels of the organisation, partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage quarterly/annual purchase orders, identify, and lead the implementation of process improvements
