Requirements

Responsibilities

  • - Model best in class/innovative approaches to workplace transformation involving multiple internal clients, aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
  • - Measure and evaluate workplace effectiveness through analyzing space data & metrics, space utilization and benchmarking studies to provide workplace recommendations to senior management.
  • - Anticipate impact of change initiatives and work with those impacted to gain commitment and help create a vision for the future of the workplace.
  • - Develops, presents, and implements strategies and plans for achievement of long- and short-term goals.
  • - Lead team in the design and implementation of workplace solutions to increase productivity, enhance experience, and support the workstyles of today’s diverse workforce.
  • - Coordinate contractors, establish vendor relationships, and oversees outside architects, engineers, furniture, signage, and other areas, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards. Work with Sourcing to develop RFP’s, helps level bids, reviews, and approves drawings and documents.
  • - Act as business liaison to understand business objectives, collaborating with other lines of businesses like HR, Communications, Security, and IT. Translate needs into plans, actions and solutions to improve the experience of the workplace.
  • - Lead team to coordinate activities needed for presentation of workspace design. Selects, recommends, monitors, and maintains finishes, styles and specification.
  • - Maintains current and accurate records of space allocations, and occupancy reports.
  • - Maintain a current outlook with finger on the pulse of latest Workplace trends by attending training, courses, and other activities to support best in class workplace strategies.
  • - Workplace change management components and activities, including surveys, training, presentations, etc., to enhance end-user experience and provide opportunities to build the appropriate change strategies.
  • - Collaborate on event planning, including preparing and reviewing communication and logistics, with a focus on strategic messaging, persuasiveness, and visual attractiveness.
  • - Develop, execute, and champion new ways of working initiatives.
