Chinese Traditional Theatre Society

 Chinese Traditional Theatre Art Society is where theatre amateurs, students and professionals are able to learn and perform Chinese traditional culture. We are not only studying Chinese theatre, but also involving more international elements and talents into theatrical creations.We initially were founded from September 2017, and took a short break to relaunch in 2019 and we’re ready to go!We have produced a stunning piece of theatre, Painted Skin Return, with 18 students from 8 different countries and areas this year. The production was presented in Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2018 and got 85% attendance. We are going to engage more students in Goldsmiths and create more amazing works! Join us for Chinese Traditional Theatre lectures, workshops global theatre workshops, theatre productions and participate with us in international theatre festivals.
