Hello there! We're the LSESU Christian Union, and we're a group of Christians on campus passionate about knowing Christ and making Him known! We aim to give every student at LSE an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news of Jesus Christ! We're a really diverse bunch - we've got postgrads, undergrads, general course students too, from all over the world and all over LSE - Economics, Law, IR, even Anthropology! We've got Methodists, Baptists, Anglicans, and many many other denominations. Although we're not tied to any specific churches, we'd love to put you in contact with some. In sum: everybody welcome!Usually, we meet on Thursday evenings at 6pm during term for CU Central - it's a time of worship, a short message from a guest speaker, prayer and discussion! Super chill, everyone's welcome, whether you are a Christian or you're looking to find out more about the faith! In these unprecedented times of COVID-19, this will likely look rather different - in the interest of social distancing, for the time being at least, we're going to be gathering in smaller, 2nd/3rd-year led groups to watch short videos and have discussions, prayer and fellowship each week. It's not ideal - we'd love to see you all - but we think it's a great way to get plugged into Christian community in university! We're so excited to see you all (virtually or in-person) in the coming year - do check out our socials and don't be afraid to reach out if you have any questions, CU-related, church-related, or even just LSE-related! Take care and God bless!
