Who said the sky’s the limit?‘Aviation and Space Medicine is the study of all factors affecting the human body in flight, in health as well as sickness, and the means by which those flying may be protected against the potentially harmful effects of their abnormal environment.’ KCL Aviation & Space Medicine Society (KCL ASMS) is a brand new society for the 2021-22 academic year and open to all KCL students. We know many people have never even heard of this speciality before, so our main aim is to provide you with opportunities to learn more about this niche but recognised medical speciality, and how you can get involved.
There will be talks by recognised experts within the field, social events, and perhaps even a conference that’s out of this world.
