What do we do?
1-year programme
The year-long extracurricular programme is aimed at students from various degree paths (from undergrads to postdocs) and any subject (current cohort includes students in genetics, politics, economics, or history) from King's College.
Students will learn to assess opportunities, conduct a market analysis, prepare a business plan, basics of venture finance and pitching as well as managing dynamic teams.
Programme’s goal is to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, which can then be applied to student's own business project, social entreprise or research project, as well as intrapreneurially within organisations.

Speaker series & workshops
Our aim is to show that entrepreneurship comes in all shapes and forms. Each month we welcome a high-caliber speaker to offer their expertise and latest industry knowledge. You will hear from founders, investors, scientists, inventors, CEOs and managers of established companies as well as start-ups and many more.
Each event includes a drinks reception with members of the Lab and its Senior Advisory Board and members and friends of the College, providing an informal and welcoming space to meet like-minded individuals.
See our upcoming events and join us
Starting autumn 2022, we are launching monthly peer-led workshops to promote know-how sharing amongst our diverse community of students and practitioners. Join us for honest and practical sessions and catalyse your growth.
Entrepreneur in Residence
Every term the King’s students are joined by a renown professional who will provide them with mentoring, guidance, practical advice and connections to help them succeed in their entrepreneurship journey.
The Entrepreneur in Residence is freely available to assist students with their entrepreneurial ideas and projects, in addition to running a series of talks and workshops.
