Students for Kids International Projects (SKIP) supports the health, welfare and education of some of the world’s most vulnerable and impoverished children. SKIP has several branches across the UK, including one here at Barts and The London. The society has been established at BL for several years and had been previously been involved with a charity in India. SKIP has been behind the enormously popular 'Barts Got Talent' and 'Made in Whitechapel' fundraisers. However, a new chapter in the society is opening as we aim to set up a new project in Thailand to send volunteers to. Exciting research trips, fundraising and projects lie ahead for SKIP Barts!
